Child Safety Standards

These standards set out how FireMemory, operated by TRYANGROW, addresses Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). 1. Explicit prohibition of CSAE

FireMemory and TRYANGROW explicitly prohibit creating, uploading, sharing, storing, or distributing content that constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes sexual depictions of children and edits that facilitate exploitation.

When a violation is confirmed, we may delete content, disable accounts, suspend organization contracts, and report to authorities as required.

2. In-app feedback / reporting

Users can report inappropriate content or misuse without leaving the app.

• Content reports: Open the photo → menu (or "Report") → choose a reason and submit. Reasons include suspected child abuse, illegal content, privacy violations, and unauthorized use.
• User reports: Suspected account abuse can be reported through the same flow or by emailing info@tryangrow.com.

3. Response when CSAM is identified

If CSAM or CSAE is identified via user reports or automated detection, TRYANGROW will:

1. Hide/delete the content and preserve records as appropriate
2. Disable related accounts
3. Suspend organization contracts when necessary
4. Consider and make reports to authorities

Target response time: suspected child abuse or sexual exploitation as promptly as possible; other reports within 24 hours for an initial review.

4. Legal compliance and authority reporting

• Primary: Japanese police (e.g., prefectural cybercrime consultation desks)
• As needed: Child consultation centers (dial 189 in Japan)
• Secondary / international: Coordination with bodies such as NCMEC may be considered when applicable

If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first (110 in Japan), then notify us.

5. Child-safety point of contact

This contact is required regardless of whether the app has child users.
